Our facility is unique in the way
that all guests have visual contact with their
neighbours. Screens are available should you request
your pet/s privacy.
Synthetic grass mats are issued to each unit to
encourage your pet/s to toilet in an almost natural
state and we have large cones for the "boys"
All units have mats on the floor for comfort and
warmth plus heat lamps for extra warmth during any
cold spells.
Diet
All our quarantine guests are fed ROYAL CANIN as
our preferred premium dry food. If your pet requires
a special diet, please advise us as we are happy to
accommodate (Special diets are the responsibility of
the owner to provide and these must come in a vermin
proof container) We also add a variety of WET food
if required to stimulate appetite.
Visits
Visiting your pets is encouraged at Pethaven. All
owners/visitors are required by MAF to sign a
visitor's book. To meet strict MAF regulations there
are a number of restrictions, which must be
observed. These restrictions will be explained to
you on arrival at Pethaven Quarantine Services.
