As part of our ongoing desire to offer a Premium Service to our customers and their pet/s, we have introduced a Transitional Boarding Service.

This additional service will be available to South Africa clients who wish to import their pets into New Zealand then onward Australia.
This service will give our South African clients the option of a 10 day quarantine period in our facility. Once they have been given Biosecurity Clearance they will moved into our Transitiional Boarding area, where they will have access to large grassed exercise paddocks.

Dogs will need to complete a 90 day residency and must not have been in quarantine or under quarantine restrictions in the 60 days immediately prior to export. An AQIS import permit is not required. Current AQIS Health Certification requirements will be detailed in our Package.

This service will also be available to owners whose pets have been given Biosecurity Clearance, however cannot be collected on a release date.
